Position Description

Are you looking for a primary care opportunity with flexibility doing 7-on /7-off? Take a look at this role with TeamHealth!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
  • Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
  • Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
  • Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
Qualifications: 
  • Board certified and licensed in state
  • FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, or AGPCNP
Compensation and Benefits: Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually with no cap on bonus productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
