Nurse Practitioner New

Central Health Management is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants to work two weekends per month (Friday - Sunday) in the Richmond, Virginia area. This is a primary care role and typically see about 20 patients per day. The focus is to mitigate readmission to hospitalization rates.

In this role, you will work with the facility staff to round on recently admitted and existing patients, providing treatment in accordance with the established care plan, revising as medically necessary, educating patients and families, and communicating with the admitting physician.

To qualify, you will need:

• MSN or PA from an accredited university.
• Active and unencumbered license to practice.
• Active and unencumbered DEA license to prescribe.
• Active BLS certification.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work two weekends per month.
